Looking back to the key scale finder chart.  Observe on the left side going down from the top left “C”.  6 notes down there is a line to indicate where the C Major’s corresponding minor chord begins.  The associated minor chord is A Minor.   Notice how the form numbers and patterns remain the same but the chord root pattern in each form has been shifted one form to the left.

The new root sequence is A, G, E, D and C.
