The Major Pentatonic or blues scale begins again with form 1, notice the subtle difference in the form 1 pattern as compared to the Lydian form 1.  Because we eliminate the 4th and 7th notes to achieve a 5 tone scale the pattern requires adjustment.  Form 1 can no longer support the  C root positions.  With an adjustment by 1 root sequence, as was seen with the Lydian major to minor finger position form.  In this scale of G Major we see the C root shape within form 4 now.

Again a quick review shows the chord root sequence has varied from the C major Lydian scale and the new sequence is G, E, D, C and A.
